This is the third system of our Short Sale Flagship System. This is the office system that we use to continually discount hundreds of thousands of dollars each and every month on a continual basis. It shows you the start to finish process of how to “successfully” complete a short sale by giving every inside tip and trick to bank negotiating. This manual is a simple easy to use guide that you can follow step by step, page by page, chapter by chapter while you negotiate your short sale!
System #4 - Short Sale Liquidation / Settlement System
The Settlement / Liquidation System is the fourth system of our Short Sale Flagship System. The first half of the Liquidation System will guide you through the best strategies for getting your pre-foreclosure properties sold and ensure that you get paid! It will also assist you in marketing for buyers and building a solid buyers list. This system is designed to work in conjunction with the HomeBuyers1st System.
